Na 'hes Kardia (If only you had a heart) is the name of the sixth album by Greek singer Anna Vissi. Released in 1984, it was her first album under CBS Greece. It featured 12 laika songs, the music of whom was written by her then-husband Nikos Karvelas. Lyricists of the album were Karvelas, Vissi herself and Sarantis Alivizatos. The ballad "Kai Eho Tosa Na Thimame" (I Have So Many Things to Remember) is the most durable hit, still gaining airplay in Greek radio stations. The orchestra was conducted by Nikos Lavranos. The album reached gold status.[1] It was first released on CD in 1992 as a joint package with 1985's album Kati Simveni. In 1997, a separate edition of the album was released.
