Asha Naava Zziwa, known by her stage name as Naava Grey is a Ugandan musical artist and one of Uganda's representatives to the third season of Tusker Project Fame in 2009. She is also one of the few contestants from the academy that kept active after the competitions alongside the Undercover Brothers Ugin Uganda, Amos & Josh in Kenya and Rwirangira in Rwanda.

Career

Naava started doing music after her participation in the Tusker Project Fame competition in 2008. She immediately got signed by Fenon Record and released her two hit singles Aliba Wania and Nteredde[2] from her self-titled album that was later released in 2015. Naava Grey was one of the divas chosen to perform at the Qwela Junction in November 2015 at the Serena Hotel in Kampala. She performed alongside fellow divas Jemimah Sanyu, Afrigo Band's Rachael Magoola, MoRoots, Sandra Suubi, Rita Sabiiti and Solome Busuuta[3]
