Radius was created in 2014 when High Street Partners merged with Nair & Co.[4]
High Street Partners
High Street Partners, Inc. was founded in 2003 by global executive Larry Harding to provide international business consulting services. Headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, the company served businesses, companies, universities, and non-profit organizations in the United States and internationally. Its offerings included international human resources, overseas recruitment, expatriate, legal support, corporate finance, corporate tax, value added tax/goods and services tax assistance, international logistics, concierge, and country or region-specific services. The company also provided services in the areas of HR compensation and benefits, international cash and treasury management strategies, audit preparation and support, import/export regulatory advice, office leasing, consolidation support, entity structuring, transfer pricing, IP rights, employee pension schemes, expatriate assignment matters, tax minimization strategies, transfer pricing and inter-company service agreements, and hedging approaches and best practices, as well as stock options and related incentive matters for overseas employees.[5]
Nair & Co.
The company was founded as Business Support Services Limited in 1994 and later changed its name to Nair & Co. Ltd. in October 1999 headquartered in Bristol, the United Kingdom. Dr. Shan Nair, a nuclear scientist and Vyoma Nair, a finance professional are founders of Nair & Co. In 2001, the company started operation in the United States. Later, the company had grown to have additional offices in India, China, Singapore, and Japan. [6]
