Naked is the second studio album of American R&B artist, Marques Houston, a former member of the R&B group Immature/IMx. The album was released in the U.S. on May 24, 2005 and is available as a clean version and a parental advisory version. The album sold up to 290,000 copies.
History
Houston's opinion of this album is that, "I wanted to give my fans a more intimate look at who I am. I called this album Naked because I'm not ashamed of my emotions. I just went through a lot of drama, and I'm an adult now, so these songs are very deep as a result."[2]
In the United States, Naked peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 200[3] and peaked at number 5 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.[4]
The album features guest appearances by Joe Budden, Rufus Blaq and fellow former Immature/IMx member, Young Rome.
