The Nathaniel Baker House is a historic house at 1606 Hyannis Road in Barnstable, Massachusetts. The 2-1/2 story wood frame house was built c. 1721 by Nathaniel Baker. The house follows a basically rectangular plan with a hip roof and a central chimney. It has unadorned trim, with plain cornerboards, window and door trim. A two story hip-roof ell is attached to one side of the rear. The house was apparently divided into a two-family c. 1788, apparently having a double entry at some point. The house was returned to single-family use in 1926.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.[1]
