National Highway 40 (NH 40) (combination of previous National Highway 4 and 18) is a National Highway in India. It starts at NH 4 junction at Kurnool and passes through Kadapa and Chittoor and terminates at Ranipettai in Tamil Nadu.[1][2]

It runs for a distance of 384.00 km (238.61 mi) in Andhra Pradesh.[2]
