National Highway 28A (NH 28A) is a short Indian National Highway entirely within the state of Bihar. However, the condition of the road in Raxaul which leads to Nepal is miserable and the government is not ready to do anything. This 68 km (42 mi) long highway links Pipra on NH 28 to Raxaul near Indo-Nepal International border. [1]
