National Highway 72 (NH 72) is a National Highway in Northern India that links Ambala in Haryana with Haridwar in Uttarakhand including Nahan, Poanta Sahib & Dehradun, the Capital of State Uttarakhand. This 200 km (120 mi)-long highway passes through Dehradun.
Of its total length, National Highway 72 traverses 50 km (31 mi) in Haryana, 50 km (31 mi) in Himachal Pradesh and 100 km (62 mi) in Uttarakhand.
