The Vasil Levski National Sports Academy (Bulgarian: Национална спортна академия „Васил Левски“) in Sofia is Bulgaria's premiere higher education institution specializing in teaching coaching, physical education and physical therapy. It is named in honor of national hero Vasil Levski.

It was established in 1942 by Tsar Boris III as the Higher School for Physical Education (Висше училище за телесно възпитание), and called the Higher Institute for Physical Education and Sport (Висш институт за физическо възпитание и спорт) from 1953 to 1995.
