Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002
The Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (c. 41) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It received royal assent on 7 November 2002.
Among other changes, the Act instituted the Life in the United Kingdom test for everyone seeking naturalisation or permanent residence in the UK.
