Nattika Moosa Musliyar (Arabic:نادك موسى مسليار Malayalam: നാട്ടിക മൂസ മുസ്ലിയാർ)the prominent scholar and leader of Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, was renowned personality in southern Indian state of Kerala for his writing, oration and organizing skill. He was prime campaigner against novelty among the Muslims in Kerala and a crusader against dissidents of Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama. He occupied many noteworthy position in the organization and was patron of many sub wings. He served simultaneously as the founder of Deshamangalam MIC, Manjeri Jamiya Islamiya, Chemmaniyod Darul Hikam and the president of Melatur Panchayath. He was strident advocate of Ahle Sunnath Wal Jamath and firm opponent of Maudoodi and Islahi movement.[1]
Early life
He was born to Vambulli Muhammed (known as Kunhappa Haji) and Khadeja Hajjuma in April 2, 1952. After the primary education from locality, he completed graduation in Islamic studies from Chengara Jumath Masjid and Maunathool Islam Arabic College Ponnani respectively. He fetched the post-graduation in the field from Vellore Baqiyath Swalihath and Deoband Islamic seminary. KK Abdulla Moulavi, hailing from Karuvarakund, was his main mentor and was blessed with numerous teachers. He instigated his service by appointing as Mudarris (chief instructor in Islamic seminary) in Maunathul Islam Arabic college, the reputed Arabic college in Kerala and later in Natika Juma Masjid.
In the field of service
He was dedicated to the public service as he initiated many project for the wellbeing of his Muslim fellows and later managed many praiseworthy ventures. He laid the foundation for the Deshamangalam MIC, Manjeri Jamia Islamia and Darul Hikam Chemmaniyaod as well as adorned with higher position in Smastha Kerala Jamiyathul Ulama and sub wings. He submitted his whole life for the defense of Ahle Sunnath Wal Jamahth and crusaded against all novelty such like Salafism, Maudidism. He successfully explained the disputed theological aspect of Isthigasa (seeking the help of died), Tavassul (intermediation of saints), Ziyarathul Qubur (visiting of tomb), Tabarruk (taking the blessing of saints), Dukula Nisa’ fee Masjid) (access of female to masjid) and Tarjuma Kutuba (Translation of Friday sermon) in the favor of Ahlu Sunnath Val Jamath. He led an intellectual protest against the advocates of Hilal Committee, the organization which decline the Islamic based on the calculation rather than witnessing the crescent, as well as other novelty-based organizations. He batted for Smastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, the largest organization of Muslim scholar in southern Indian state of Kerala. His valuable refutation speech against Kadiyanism, the new thought founded by Maudoodi, ended in the official proclamation against Qadiyanism.

He died in 2001, October 4 and his corpse was buried in Edayatur Jumuath Masjid
