Nawfija

Nawfija also written as Nawfijah (pronounced Nor-fe-jah or Lur vu jor by natives) is an Igbo town located in southeastern Nigeria. It is under the Orumba South Local Government Area council in Anambra State. The town shares its boundaries with Ufuma,

Akpu, Ezira and Isulo

The town is made up seven major villages namely: Amokwu, Ezeome, Ohukabia, Umuawahi, Umuezeiyi, Umuezeogbu, and Umuoma.

Nawfija is serviced by a number of amenities such as a health center, a secondary and primary school and a number of Anglican and Catholic Churches. Nawfija is also home to very successful and educated Nigerians who can be found anywhere in the world.
