Nea Magnisia (Greek: Νέα Μαγνησία) is a town and a community of the Delta municipality.[1] Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Echedoros, of which it was a municipal district.[1][2] The 2011 census recorded 4,300 inhabitants in the village.[3] The community of Nea Magnisia covers an area of 14.805 km2.[2]
