Neculai Vasilca (born November 28, 1955 in Bacău) is a former Romanian handball player who competed in the 1980 Summer Olympics and in the 1984 Summer Olympics.
In 1980 he won the bronze medal as part of the Romanian team. He played four matches and scored six goals.
Four years later he was a member of the Romanian handball team which won again the bronze medal. He played five matches and scored one goal.
As a member of Romania's national team he played in 126 games, scoring 261 goals.[1]
After retiring from active play, he became a coach, managing, among other teams, GSV Eintracht Braunatal of Germany.[2]
