Neil Andrew Warwick Angus (born 24 March 1961) is an Victorian state politician. Angus was elected as a member of parliament in the Victorian Legislative Assembly for the Forest Hill at the 2010 Victorian state election.

Angus completed his HSC at Carey Grammar School before gaining a Bachelor of Business in accounting from Swinburne Institute of Technology, and in 1983 became a registered tax agent. He has been a partner is a city accounting business since 1991. He is a volunteer member of local organisations including being a board member of CityLife Church (Knox) and is a long-standing member and current school council chairman of Waverley Christian College.[1] 49-year-old father of four, who also ran in 2006, said his main objective was to fulfil the promises he had made before the election. [2]
