Nelly Moenne Loccoz (born April 9, 1990) is a snowboarder from France. She competed for France at the 2010 Winter Olympics in snowboard cross, finishing sixth. Moenne Loccoz later captured a silver medal at the 2011 FIS Snowboarding World Championships.[1]
