Nemanja Dangubić (Serbian: Немања Дангубић, born April 13, 1993) is a Serbian professional basketball player who currently plays for Crvena zvezda of the Basketball League of Serbia. He was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 54th overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft.

Professional career

In 2010, Dangubić joined the KK Hemofarm junior team, before joining the senior team for the 2011–12 season.

In July 2012, Dangubić signed with Mega Vizura.[1]

On June 26, 2014, Dangubić was selected with the 54th overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft by the Philadelphia 76ers.[2] He was later traded to the San Antonio Spurs on draft night.[3]

On July 31, 2014, Dangubić signed a three-year deal with an opt-out clause after each season with Crvena zvezda.[4][5] In 2014–15 season, Crvena zvezda won the Adriatic League championship, the Serbian League championship and the Radivoj Korać Cup.

International career

Dangubić helped Serbia win silver medals at the 2011 U19 World Championships and the 2011 U18 European Championships.[4] While originally in line to make the Serbian squad for the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup, Dangubić was forced to leave the team's training camp before it had actually begun after suffering from a knee injury.[6]
