Nemophora bifasciatella is a moth of the Adelidae family or fairy longhorn moths. It was described by Issiki in 1930. It is found in Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu).
The larvae possibly feed on Hydrangea paniculata.
