The Nepal Trade Union Congress-Independent (NTUC-I) is a national trade union centre in Nepal. It was founded in 2008, as the merger of two organisations, the Nepal Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and the Democratic Congress of Nepali Trade Unions (DECONT). DECONT had split from the NTUC in 1997.
The NTUC-I is affiliated to the International Trade Union Confederation, and is politically linked to the Nepali Congress (NC) party.
