Nepolokivtsi (Ukrainian: Неполоківці, Romanian: Nepolocăuți) is an urban-type settlement in the Kitsman Raion (district) of Chernivtsi Oblast (province) in western Ukraine. At the 2001 census, the town's population is 2,449.[2]
