NetBoy is a webcomic created by Stafford Huyler.[1] Publishing began in May, 1994.[2] Drawn as a stick figure, the comic character NetBoy is an Internet innocent with his greatest joy in life being "fast .GIFs."[3]

The webcomic was described in October, 1994 as "Comics for the hardcore geek."[4] Netboy was also described by The Milwaukee Journal as the "leading cartoon denizen of the Internet" in January 1995.[5]
