Neupane (Nyaupane) (Nepali: न्यौपाने) is a predominantly Brahmin (Bahun) as well as Chhetri surname of Nepal. It is the most popular reputed famous surname of Nepal. All Neupane(Nyaupane) share the same gotra, Kaundinya, which means all of them share the same forefather, so a Neupane(Nyaupane) can't marry another Neupane(Nyaupane).
