Newport City, Metro Manila
Newport City is a 25-hectare (62-acre) residential and commercial area situated next to the Villamor golf course[1] and Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)[2][3] in Metro Manila, Philippines. It was developed by Megaworld Corporation[4] under its subsidiary Megaworld Newport Property Holdings, Inc. and houses Resorts World Manila.
Master Plan
It combines a residential block, hotels including Marriott and Maxims,[5] a themed entertainment and commercial hub,[6] a cyberpark and an institutional center.
