Nga thalaut paung

Nga thalaut paung (Burmese: ငါးသလောက်ပေါင်း) is a freshwater hilsa fish dish from Burmese cuisine. The bony fish is cooked for hours with soy sauce, vinegar, tomatoes in lemongrass. The preparation melts the bones away.[1]
