Mohammad Niaz Morshed is a First class and List A cricketer from Bangladesh. He was born on 30 November 1976 in Khulna and is a right-handed batsman and off spin bowler who played 5 first class games for Khulna Division between 2000/01 and 2003/04. He is sometimes referred to by his nickname Poltu. His only first class half century, 51, came against Chittagong Division but he found more success in the one day game, scoring two half centuries and taking 2 four wicket hauls, with a best of 4 for 17 against Sylhet Division.
