Nicholas Jarrold

Nicholas Jarrold was the Ambassador from the United Kingdom to Croatia from 2000 to 2004 and the Ambassador to Latvia from 1996 to 1999. He was educated at Shrewsbury School and the University of Oxford.[1] He was, until its dissolution in 2009, the Director of the British Association for Central and Eastern Europe.[2][3]
