The system was designed to operate in a Global Network of Refugee Assistance enabling immediate response and promoting solidarity among nations. In 2013 the Cmax System was chosen by the Chancery Argentina to participate in the Forum for International Humanitarian Aid Development held in Washington. In that event, which brings together different international organizations like the UN and Red Cross, emergency interior received countless accolades and the request to present it at the opening theme of the UN General Assembly in September of that year.[10] In that occasion Garcia Mayor presented the system to the most important representatives of the Nations of the world in the UN Headquarters in New York.[11] This humanitarian invention also came at the hands of Pope Francis, in an interview he gave Garcia Mayor, in which His Holiness encouraged him not to give up and said that "the project was already blessed by God".[12] The Cmax system will be presented in the Argentine stand in DIHAD (Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development) 2014 in Dubai.
