Nicola "Nikki" Payne, aka Mills (born 26 July 1966 in Hong Kong) is a former New Zealand rower who won an Olympic Bronze medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. Along with Lynley Hannen, Payne won Bronze in the women's coxless pairs.
Payne later married Peter Mills, and they had a daughter (Zoe Mills) although they have since separated. She trained as a doctor in New Zealand, and as of 2008 was completing a fellowship in paediatric ear nose and throat surgery in London.
