Nicola di Ulisse

Nicola di Ulisse, also known as Nicola da Siena (active in mid-late 15th century) was an Italian painter of the Umbro-Sienese school.

History

He was in documented in Norcia in 1442, at work in the choir of Sant’ Agostino with a group of painters, including Bartolommeo di Tommaso from Foligno; Luca di Lorenzo from Germany; Giambono di Corrado of Ragusa; and Andrea de Litio. He also painted for the Abbey of Sant’Eutizio in Spoleto.[1][2] He died after 1472.
