Nicole Cliffe
Nicole Cliffe is a Canadian-American writer and journalist. Cliffe is known for co-founding the website The Toast, of which she is co-editor, with Mallory Ortberg and publisher Nicholas Pavich.[1][2]
Cliffe grew up in Kingston, Ontario before concentrating in English at Harvard University.[3][4][5] At Harvard her friends included future journalists Matthew Yglesias and Josh Barro.[6] She worked at a hedge fund before becoming a writer and moving to Utah.[3][4] Cliffe also previously wrote for The Hairpin.[4][1][7]
