Nicole Dollanganger is a Canadian singer, songwriter, musician and artist. Born and raised in the York Region of Ontario, Dollanganger began posting song covers and music on Tumblr in early 2012. She wrote and recorded her first four records in her bedroom while sick on bed rest.[1]
In June 2015 she opened for Lana Del Rey alongside Grimes at the Molson Canadian Ampitheatre. A month later, Dollanganger was included in Grimes' Eerie Organization. Grimes claims to have started Eerie to put out Dollanganger's album. "It's a crime against humanity for this music not to be heard",[2] Grimes says, referencing Dollanganger's album Natural Born Losers, released on October 9, 2015. From October 30th to November 26th 2015, Dollanganger joined Grimes on the Rhinestone Cowgirls Tour as support.[3]
Her song Chapel was featured as a soundtrack in the episode "Twice As Far" on The Walking Dead (Season 6).
