Nihonryori Ryugin

Nihonryori Ryugin (Kanji: 日本料理龍吟[1] lit. "Japanese cuisine singing dragon") is a fusion cuisine restaurant in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. It ranked 20th in the S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2011.[2] The chef is Seiji Yamamoto[3] (山本 征治).[4]
