Nikolay Maksyuta
Nikolay Kirillovich Maksyuta (Russian: Николай Кириллович Максюта), born 26 May 1947, was the governor of Volgograd Oblast from 1996-2009.[1][2] In 1996 he won the election for governor.[3] He won his last reelection in 2004, and left office at the end of 2009.[4]
