Nisha Adhikari (Nepali:निशा अधिकारी) (born 4 October 1986) is a Nepalese actress, beauty queen, model, and VJ. She is an actress well known for her role in the film First Love released in 2010[1] and her appearance in music videos.[2] Before embarking on her acting career, she was involved in beauty contests and modelling. Adhikari stepped on the summit at about 8 am NST dated 21 May 2013.

Beauty pageants

At the age of 21, she won the subtitle of Miss Personality as well as the main title of Miss International Nepal 2005 and, subsequently, represented Nepal in the Miss International 2005 pageant in Japan.[3] In 2008, she joined the Miss Nepal 2008 beauty contest; the pageant was cancelled because of Maoist and other group protests.[4]

Adhikari made her acting debut in a comedy programme called Gharbeti Ba on Kantipur Television. In 2009, her debut movie was Mission Paisa starring Nikhil Upreti. Mission Paisa was one of the successful biggest hit movies of the year. In 2010, she was in the movie Nainraresham and First Love.

She was appointed ambassador for the Autism Care Centre,[5] and she is also member of Rotary Club of Nagarjun, where she worked as director of youth service for one year.

In 2012, Nisha Adhikari faced on a controversy after a media journalist; starting to take her photos at the premiere of LOOT.[6]

She is well known actress for Media Attack beyond the scene. She is one of the flop models in Kollywood. She is well known for many scandals like photo shoot in Nepal Army Helicopter and Mt. Everset climbing.
