No Soap, Radio is an American sitcom and sketch comedy that aired on ABC on Thursdays from April 15 until May 13, 1982.[1] The title was taken from an "unfunny" joke.[2]
Plot
The show centered on the staff at the Pelican Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey, including Roger, the manager, Karen, his assistant, and Tuttle, the house detective. Following a similar lead as Monty Python's Flying Circus, each episode was filled with sight gags, blackouts, and non-sequiturs wrapped around the events at the hotel.
