Noah Kagan is an American Internet entrepreneur and the founder of AppSumo.[1][2][3]

Early life

After graduating from UC Berkeley with degrees in Business and Economics, Kagan began his career at Intel as a marketing analyst in 2004.[4][5]

Career

In late 2005, Kagan joined Facebook where he served as product manager for eight months.[3][4][6] After being fired from Facebook,[7] he then joined Mint as the director of marketing.[4] At Mint, Kagan developed the initial marketing strategy for the launch of the website.[8]. Noah was with Mint.com for 10 months and left the company prior to the product's launch in September 2007 at TechCrunch.

After Mint, in June 2007, Kagan founded KickFlip, a payment company for social games.[3][6] In March 2010 Kagan founded AppSumo, a daily deals website.[2][3][6][9]
