Noe Muñoz (born November 11, 1967 in Ecatepec, State of México) is a Mexican baseball catcher who played for the Los Angeles Dodgers in Major League Baseball (MLB) in 1995.
He is a former Major League Baseball player. He played in two games for the Los Angeles Dodgers during the 1995 season. Muñoz has had an extensive career in the Mexican League, playing for the Saraperos de Saltillo since 1999. By 2012, he was still playing for Saltillo. He also played for the Mexico national team in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup.
