Noel Starblanket (born 1946) is a First Nations leader in Canada. For two terms from 1976 to 1980 he was chief of the National Indian Brotherhood (today known as the Assembly of First Nations).
He is a Cree from the Starblanket Indian Reserve near Balcarres, Saskatchewan. At 24, he became one of the youngest reserve chiefs in Canada.
