Noemí Zoila Guzmán Lagunes (born 8 May 1954) is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party. As of 2014 she served as Senator of the LVIII and LIX Legislatures of the Mexican Congress representing Veracruz and as Deputy of the LV and LVII Legislatures.[1]
