Noemi Lung Zaharia (born May 16, 1968) is a former butterfly and medley swimmer from Romania, who won two medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea: the silver in the 400 m individual medley, and the bronze in the 200 m individual medley. A year before she captured a record-five gold medals at the 1987 Summer Universiade in Zagreb, just like America's Jill Sterkel did in 1981.

She was women's swimming Head Coach at Florida International University in Miami, FL, USA from 2002 to 2010.[1]

Since 2010 she is the Director of the Aquatic and Fitness Center at Miami Dade College North campus in Miami, FL.
