North Presbyterian Church names a house of worship at 525 West 155th Street in Manhattan, New York City;[2] its congregation, whose history begins in 1847; and two demolished churches which were its past homes.

North Church was founded in 1847 and formerly located on the northeast corner of 31st Street and Ninth Avenue; that building was demolished in 1903 to make way for the construction of Pennsylvania Station. The present congregation is the result of a 1905 merger with the Washington Heights Presbyterian Church, built in 1860 at 1920 Amsterdam Avenue, on the southwest corner of 155th Street.[3][4]

The present church was designed by Bannister & Schell,[3]:159 a partnership of William F. Bannister and Richard M. Schell,[3]:107 and dedicated in November 1905.[4] The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 5, 2014.[5]
