Northern Corridor Transit Coordination Authority
The Northern Corridor Transit Coordination Authority is an intergovenmental body in Central Africa tasked with the job of coordinating transport infrastructure improvements.
One of its proposals is to build railways to landlocked Burundi and Rwanda.
