Northern Virginia Independent Athletic Conference
The Northern Virginia Independent Athletic Conference, commonly known as NVIAC, is a Northern Virginia-based athletics league; it includes both high school and middle school teams.[1][2] Founded in 1997,[3] NVIAC is composed of nine member schools or organizations,[4] and one provisional member, Dominion Christian School.[5] NVIAC sports include, boy's Baseball, boy's and girl's Basketball, boy's and girl's Cross Country, boy's Football, boy's and girl's Soccer, and girl's Volleyball.[2] Typically, at the end of the season, a tournament is held for each age group (middle school boy's, girl's; varsity boy's, girl's, and occasionally junior varsity boy's, girl's).[6]
The current president is Tony Pangle of County Christian School.[1]
