The northern coyote (Canis latrans incolatus) is a subspecies of coyote native to Yukon, Northwest Territories, northern British Columbia, and northern Alberta, and Alaska. It is a medium-sized subspecies, with cinnamon-colored fur and a more concave skull than C. l. latrans.[1]
