Not Ok Here, Not Ok Anywhere is a 2012 British short film directed by Hannan Majid and Richard York, and stars Jeannette Tucker. The film is a 90-second video alleging exploitation of Adidas workers, released by the anti-poverty group War on Want on YouTube.
Summary
The film features an English woman (Jeannette Tucker), who describes working at a factory for low wages and poor conditions. She claims workers are beaten by their boss for asking for time off to see their children. At the end of the clip, she reveals she is telling the story of Anisha, who works in a factory in Bangladesh that allegedly supplies Adidas.[1]
