Now! That's What I Call Music 18 or Now 18 was released in 1990 on vinyl, audio cassette and CD. The album is the 18th edition of the Now! series released in the UK. 15 videos of songs from the album were released on VHS.
Now 18 features six songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "A Little Time", "The Joker", "Sacrifice", "Nothing Compares 2 U", "Unchained Melody" and "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini".
