Now Decades was a special edition released in 2003 to celebrate Now's 20th anniversary. The 3-CD box set has 60 number-one singles from 1983-2003. The following year, a 'sequel' called Now That's What I Call Music Years was released. Now That's What I Call Music! 25 Years is the name of another similar album, released in 2008.

The album has double appearances from Frankie Goes to Hollywood, George Michael (including one with Wham!), Kylie Minogue, Ali & Robin Campbell (including one with UB40 and one with Pato Banton) and Ronan Keating (including one with Boyzone).
