Now That's What I Call Music 16 or Now 16 is the 16th edition of the Now! series in the United Kingdom, released in November 1989 on vinyl, audio cassette and Compact Disc and VHS. The CD contains 35 tracks, three of them being bonus tracks which are not on the vinyl release or the cassette release.
Now 16 is the only album in the series not to feature any singles which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart.
