Nugzar Logua was Minister of Culture of Abkhazia from 10 March 2005 until 13 October 2011. He was born on 20 April 1956 in the village of Chlou in Ochamchira District.[1]
Logua became one of the leaders of Apsadgyl when it was transformed into a socio-political organisation in 2015.[2]
