History
OBG, formally O'Brien & Gere, was founded in 1945 under the partnership of Earl F. O'Brien, William S. Gere, and Glenn D. Holmes. The company was established in Central New York where its headquarters remains today. More than 70 years later, OBG has evolved from a collaboration of three engineers focused on local water and wastewater projects, to one of the oldest and largest employee-owned engineering and project delivery companies in the nation.
